He is the founder & CEO of Aspirer AG, a transformation coaching & consulting agency specializing in leadership development, culture & team development, and strategy & execution. He is also the managing partner of Leadership Management International USA in the DACH region and the managing partner of DX-Learning Solution USA in Europe.

Before founding Apsirer AG and working with REVARTIS, he worked for AspenTech and Schnider Electric in the USA, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa for 11 years before he started his technology and engineering software business own business to grow it up from 2 people to 250 people doing 9 figures serving the digital transformation of the energy and petrochemical industry in USA, Europe, and the Middle East working with clients like Bp, Shell, Total, RWE, Bp, ENI, Repsobl, Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Sontrach, STEG, and Qatar Energy. Hatem lives in Zurich and is expected to graduate with a Doctorate In Business administration in innovation and technology management from the Grenoble School of Business. He holds an MBA in international business and B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering. Sylvain is a Partner at REVARTIS. He is based in Geneva, leading our Growth, Sales and Marketing practice. He advises companies to optimise their growth strategy thanks to his expertise in Consumers Insights, Branding, Marketing and Sales combined with our in house Data Science and AI expertise. Sylvain’s practice provide the insights as well as the tools and operational ressources to steer the impact of its client investment and optimise their ROI. With more than 22 years experience, working in the U.S, UK, France and Switzerland he brings deep expertise in consumer insights, cultural intelligence, design thinking, marketing, sales, digital and data science. Sylvain’s approach is based on test and learn scientific method focusing on ROI improvement. He has a wealth of expertise working for leading global tech companies across various categories, products and services. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Université de Bourgogne as well as a Business Degree from Université de Haute Alsace. During her international career, she spearheaded various global and cross-functional operations in the B2B and B2C markets, having driven numerous business transformations through digitalization, reshaping corporate strategies, applying leading technologies, and revamping operational performances.Currently appointed as Chief Customer Officer (CCO), she took on a new challenge in the energy sector as member of the Executive Board of cc energie, where she will drive the digital transformation and manage the customer relationship for the shareholders BKW AG and Groupe E. She has built her career in renowned companies, lately as Global VP Omnichannel at Vorwerk Group and previously as CCO at UPC Schweiz GmbH. At Swisscom AG she held various top executive positions, having served as Senior Vice-President Sales & Retail Channels, and prior to that as Senior Vice-President Digital & Customer Service. Formerly, she was CEO Portugal and Senior Vice-President Customer Service Europe at Hoist Group.Helia Burgunder holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Lisbon, and a MBA from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. René Kissling is an experienced C-Level executive and advisor, especially in ICT management, in a variety of industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunication, Retail, Manufacturing, MedTech, Airlines and Tourism. He made decisive impact to companies as Entrepreneur starting and building companies, as Ad interim CEO leading, turning around and/or restructuring companies, as Ad interim CIO leading large and global ICT departments, merging them after company mergers and/or adapting the organization to the new strategic direction of the company, or as Program Manager delivering or turning around critical and complex programs. René has proven expertise in ICT management, with strong technical and organisational skills. Nicolas brings his experience of 12 years of entrepreneurship within the French and Swiss digital ecosystems and 15 years of corporate innovation in Europe and California. Nicolas worked in the innovation departments of worldwide corporations such as General Electric and Texas Instruments and co-founded several high-tech companies. Amongst others,  since 2010, he founded and developed EyeSnap  a B2B startup company providing industries with the digitalisation of field operators based on visual Artificial Intelligence.  Nicolas holds an MsC degree in computer science from the University of Toulouse and completed his degree of advanced studies in image processing at the University of  California at Irvine.
